Our electrolyte drink mix does not use any artificial sweeteners. Instead, it's naturally sweetened with monk fruit extract and stevia extract.
Cota stands for Clean, Optimal, Trusted, & Authentic.
Our electrolyte drink mix does not contain any ingredients that typically include gluten, and our formula is crafted without wheat, barley, or rye derivatives.
However, we are not yet officially gluten-free certified. While we don't use gluten-containing ingredients, certification requires third-party testing and verification that we're currently in the process of exploring.
If you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider and reviewing our ingredient list while we work toward official certification.
We recommend taking Cota Hydration either 30-60 mins before a workout to prepare your body, during a workout, or after a workout to speed up recovery.
You can also take it first thing in the morning or whenever you need hydration!
