Cota Hydration is sweetened naturally with Stevia Extract and Monk Fruit Extract.
Our electrolyte drink mix does not contain any ingredients that typically include gluten, and our formula is crafted without wheat, barley, or rye derivatives.
However, we are not yet officially gluten-free certified. While we don't use gluten-containing ingredients, certification requires third-party testing and verification that we're currently in the process of exploring.
If you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider and reviewing our ingredient list while we work toward official certification.
No. Our electrolyte drink mix does not contain any caffeine.
Using Cota
We recommend taking Cota Hydration either 30-60 mins before a workout to prepare your body, during a workout, or after a workout to speed up recovery.
You can also take it first thing in the morning or whenever you need hydration!
It all depends on how strong of a taste you want, but we recommend mixing it with 16-24 oz of water!
Yes. Our electrolyte drink mix contains 0 calories, so you can drink it while fasting!
Subscribe & Save
On the product page, there will be two options. "Subscribe & Save 20%" as well as "One-Time Purchase." When you select "Subscribe & Save 20%" you are signing up to receive reoccurring orders. You can choose to receive orders every month, two months, or three months. The benefit of doing this is that you save 20% on each order!

Yes. You can cancel, edit, or pause your subscription at any time. You can do this by logging into your account by clicking the profile button on our website header. Your login will be the email you have used at checkout with your previous purchases. You can also access your subscription through emails sent to you regarding your subscription.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Shipping is FREE when your order is over $35.
Yes. You will get free shipping on orders over $35.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there's an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We're happy to make it right with a refund or replacement when appropriate. To report an issue, reach out to us at contact@cotahydration.com with your order number and a photo of the problem (if applicable).
